Firmware download problems.

Today I downloaded the latest Chasing GO1 app version to my Iphone12, and when I started the app there was a new Firmware version to be installed to the drone. After completing the installation of the firmware, it came up a “Tips” that said: Please calibrate the accelerometer first! So we did a calibration according to procedure as we always have done before, but after we had done the level, left and right orientations, the procedure stopped, and now we can not get the motors started, even though all other functions like the camera and lights are working normally. The drone was working perfectly before this new firmware was installed, we have tried to do the procedure several times, but no success, what can we do to solve this issue? I would guess that reinstalling the firmware again maybe could solve this, but how do we do that, and where can we download this firmware from? This is a standard M2, and I someone can help us with this. Best regards, Tom

The motors do not rotate freely with my fingers when chasing gladius mini is not connected, what could be the problem?

Old Chasing issue, the motors get rusted inside and get stuck.
They have never really solved this; you can try unscrewing the propellers and use some WD40, reinstall the propellers and try to force the motors free.
