At September 29th I send an email / question to Chasing. I received an out of office until October 9th. Today almost one month later after a second email still no response…

How is your experience with Chasing support?

Hi. Mine was Excellent. The camera failed and was showing no picture but was showing the info overlay.

Contacted then and had a reply next day asking for more information. then twice more with the emails arriving next day.

They asked me to return the main body to them. and they sent me a replacement.

Time from first email to receiving the new body was 29 days. For me it was a very good service.

Resend the Email.
