Phenomenon 1: There is no boot sound when the remote control is connected to the ROV, and the ROV indicator of the remote control flashes Troubleshooting: First of all, you need to detect whether the battery has output, and if there is a multimeter, you can directly measure the battery voltage (DC voltage 18-25.2V) If there is no multimeter, you can try to charge the battery to see if the charger charging indicator has a red light, and if the red light is normal, the battery is normal; After eliminating the battery problem, confirm whether the buoyancy cable is normally turned on (refer to the buoyancy cable test guidance document for the test method) After arranging the buoyancy cable, confirm whether the buoyancy cable socket has electrolytic oxidation, and replace it if there is oxidation: if the above is ruled out, if it cannot be turned on normally, the ESC board needs to be replaced.
Symptom 2: The boot sound of the remote control connected to the ROV is normal, and the ROV indicator of the remote control flashes (it is difficult for the end customer to locate the problem when encountering such problems, and it needs to be sent to the repair network or dealer for testing)
Troubleshooting: When encountering such problems, you first need to replace the remote control or host for cross-testing to confirm whether the remote control is faulty or the host fault: if the remote control fault is confirmed, replace the power cat first, and then replace the remote control motherboard: If the test is judged to be ROV, replace the power cat test first, and then replace the core board if the fault is still (Note: the external core board needs to write SN, and the core board with SN is written, and the core board with SN is written will be distinguished by model)
Phenomenon 3: The 3 indicators in the lower left corner of the remote control are not lit Troubleshooting: The 3 indicators in the lower left corner of the remote control are not lit up is usually caused by the failure of the remote control motherboard to operate normally, and this kind of problem is to replace the remote control motherboard for customers (Note: When replacing the remote control motherboard, the motherboard and the cable must be assembled before the battery can be connected, and there is a risk of damaging the motherboard by connecting the battery first and then installing the cable)
